Common questions
Why can't I just get the code read for free at AutoZone?
They read codes. Diagnosis is figuring out which of 10 possible causes a single code points to. The code is the start, not the answer.
How long does diagnosis take?
Most issues: 30–60 minutes. Complex electrical or intermittent problems can take longer — we'll let you know up front.
If I get the repair done, do I still pay the diagnostic fee?
The diagnostic fee is credited toward the repair cost when you authorize the work with us.
