What we collect on this website

When you book an appointment or contact us, we collect the details you give us — your name, phone number, email, and information about your vehicle and the service you need. We use this only to schedule your visit, do the work, and reach you about it (confirmations, reminders, and a note when your car is ready).

How we use it

• Book and manage your appointment.
• Send service updates by email or text — appointment confirmations, reminders, and a “your car is ready” message. Message and data rates may apply; reply STOP to opt out of texts.
• Keep service records for your vehicle.

We do notsell or rent your information, and we don’t use it for advertising.

Service providers

We use trusted providers to run the shop: a database and authentication host, an email sender, and a text-message provider. They process your information only to deliver these features on our behalf and are not allowed to use it for anything else.

Browser extension (Logical Automotive — Instant Quote)

We publish a private browser extension, “Barzin — AllData Quote,” used only by Logical Automotivestaff on shop computers. It speeds up estimates by reading labor times and parts pricing from the shop’s own AllData subscription and filling them into our internal quoting tool.

• It reads vehicle and pricing data from the shop’s logged-in AllData account and places it into our admin page. This happens on the staff member’s computer.
• It stores small settings locally in the browser (such as on-duty preferences) so it remembers them between sessions.
• It does not collect personal information from customers, does not sell or share any data, and does not transfer data to third parties. The data is used only for the single purpose above.

Your choices

You can ask us to see, correct, or delete the information we hold about you — just email logicalautomotive@gmail.com. To stop text messages, reply STOP to any message from us.

Changes

If we update this policy, we’ll change the date at the top. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated policy.
